HR1183 Oregano Za’atar

Origanum syriacum. This native of the eastern Mediterranean is named for the spice mix that is so common in North Africa. This wild oregano has hints of thyme and marjoram mixed in for a complex, wonderful fragrance. Height to about 15-20cm (6″-8″).
